Kihei is a census-designated place (CDP) in Maui County, Hawaii, United States. The population was 21,423 at the 2020 census. Although its official city designation is Wailuku, the Kihei Junction Park and Ride lot is a frequently-used commuter parking lot at the corner of highway 310 (North Kihei Road) and highway 30 (Honoapi'ilani Highway). There is no public bus service that stops here; however, it is located near Ma 'alaea Harbor Village, where there is a public transportation stop. (learn more)
